Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepted sealed bids for the construction project: SGPWTP PFAS Pilot Study Installation and Demobilization The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for The project consists of furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials required to construct, connect, and commission two pilot skids, consisting of eight (8) testing columns, media, instrumentation, chemical injection, equalization storage, and miscellaneous items, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section 01110. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the office of the Freese and Nichols, Inc. 10431 Morado Circle, Austin, Texas 78759, (512) 617-3100. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $40.00 per set, which is not refundable. Bids not accompanied by cashier’s check or bid bond will not be considered. Bidders should register on the City of Georgetown’s Ebid web site – https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference, if to be held, are specified below and in Section #00100, Instructions to Bidders Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before July 9, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Questions regarding use of the E-bid System may be directed by email to: nicole.abrego@georgetowntexas.gov and vickie.graff@georgetowntexas.gov Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid.
