Description: The City of Campbell is requesting proposals from qualified certified public accountant firms to audit its financial statements for the three (3) fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, with the option of auditing its financial statements for each of the two (2) subsequent fiscal years, in addition to performing other financial audits and reviews as specified below. These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the standards set forth for financial audits contained in U. S. General Accounting Office's Government Auditing Standards (2024), the provisions of the Single Audit Act of 1984, as Amended in 1996, and Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance) as well as any other applicable federal, state, local or programmatic audit requirements.
