Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL City of Eagle Fiber Broadband Open Access Network Design and Construction and On-Going Maintenance and Operation The City of Eagle, Idaho is requesting proposals from one or more qualified contractors, vendors, and/or Internet Service Providers (“Providers”) to fully finance the project, design, build necessary fiber network extensions and service drops, and provide the day-to-day network operations, maintenance, sales, and support systems required to operate the existing City-owned conduit and fiber and proposed extensions to it  as an Open Access Next Generation Communications Network (“Network” or “Open Access Network”) that will provide high-speed Internet access service to single-family and multi-family residences, businesses, and Community Anchor Institutions (“CAIs”) within the City. The City of Eagle reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
