Project Description: The Housing Authority of Covington (HAC) is seeking sealed proposals to provide Audit Services from qualified, licensed Independent Public Accounting (IPA) firms having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience for its Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8). These audits ensure that HUD funding is utilized effectively, promoting efficiency in housing programs and preventing misuse of funds ensuring that low-income families receive the assistance they need.
