	Project Description		One-Two Sentences Comprehensive renovation of the building at 2101 Blue Ridge Road for CALS administrative, lab, and lab support use. Project will include hazardous material abatement, HVAC repair/renovation, and programmatic changes to the building. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be retained through full design construction at the University's option.
