Interested firms are to mail a proposal package to Paullyn Carey, City Finance Director; City of Huron; 239 Wisconsin Ave. SW; P.O. Box 1369; Huron, SD 57350 by 2:00pm (CT) on February 10th, 2026. The City of Huron will not be prequalifying contractors for this RFP. The City of Huron will follow all published procurement procedures.
