Description: The City of Dubuque is requesting proposals for a contract for towing and storage of vehicles impounded pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 15 of the Dubuque Code of Ordinances, and the disposition of abandoned vehicles pursuant to section 321.89 of the Code of Iowa; together with other such towing as may be designated by the City.  The term of the contract will be for three (3) years with one optional three (3) year renewal term pending written mutual agreement from both parties.
