Scope of Services
The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure competitive bid prices and establish a three (3) year contract, to be reviewed on an annual basis for Milk and Milk Products for Food Service as specified herein. 1. Proof of a Florida Milk Dealer Permit is required at the time of bid submission.
2. Delivery location may be added or deleted during the term of this contract.
3. Vendor must be able to service all schools in the county. Bid evaluation will be based on historical usage.
4. The Board reserves the right to cancel this bid at any time due to lack of funding or poor performance. Please read the attachment named Bid 4124AH Milk and Milk Products for Food Service - TERMS & CONDITIONS, then print out the attachment named Bid 4124AH Milk and Milk Products for Food Service - REQUIRED FORMS, read the specifications, complete the forms, and submit those forms on VendorLink before the due date and time. then download “Bid 4088AH Music Supplies and Equipment Discount Catalog - PROPOSAL FORM.xlsx” from the VendorLink Website (Proposal is Fillable) where you downloaded the TERM & CONDITIONS and REQUIRED FORMS. Complete the Proposal Form document and upload the completed Excel file onto VendorLink along with all required Bid submission documents before the due date and time. Bid responses/submissions will only be accepted through VendorLink as indicated in this bid. Before submitting his or her bid, each bidder is required to carefully examine the invitation to bid specifications and requirements thoroughly and to completely familiarize oneself with all of the terms and conditions that are contained within this bid to ensure a completed bid submission. Ignorance on the part of the bidder will in no way relieve him or her of any of the obligations and responsibilities which are a part of this bid.
