Notes:

The purpose of the solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a contractor for the catering services for the 2026 MNDOT Metro District Employee Days Event.

The Event is scheduled for May 12 and 13, 2026. MNDOT Metro District anticipates approximately 1100 attendees during the Event. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum of meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and shall not be adjusted if the number attendees falls below the estimate.

The Event is being held at the Minnesota State Fair Grounds North End Event Center.

A responsive responder to this solicitation must be certified to perform catering services within the Minnesota State Fair Grounds by the Minnesota State Agriculture Society.
