The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) seeking qualified engineering Consultant(s) that will be used on an as-needed or as-requested basis to assist with projects related to the transmission and distribution system, including substations, where District staff do not have the expertise or availability to complete the Work. as detailed within the RFQ’s Exhibit 2 – Scope of Work.
