Description: ED 2026-11 Maple Street Park - The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and incidental materials necessary to complete the proposed site improvements in accordance with the construction plans and Contract Documents. The work shall include, but not be limited to, site demolition and preparation; relocation of the existing monument; installation of granite curbing and concrete pavers; construction of the cast-in-place concrete wall; installation of decorative bollards; installation of irrigation; tree planting; landscape edging; mulching; final grading; and restoration of all areas disturbed by construction activities.  Bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference to be held at 9:00 AM on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at Maple Street Park, 413 Maple Street, Marlborough, MA 01752.  See Related Documents for additional details.
