SUBJECT: ADDENDUM 1 - 4/1/2026

Dear Ms. Cantero:

This Addendum 1 consisting of nine (9) items is, hereby, made a part of the Contract Documents to the

same extent as though it were originally included, therein, and shall supersede anything contained in

the Plans and Specifications with which it might conflict. Receipt of this Addendum 1 shall be denoted

in Bidder's Proposal. Failure to do so will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.

1. Pre-Bid Conference Bidder Question #1

a. Question: "Will you please clarify the Basis of Award?"

b. Response: Refer to the Proposal, page P-2, paragraph titled "Basis of Award."

2. Pre-Bid Conference Bidder Question #2

a. Question: "Are bidders required to submit two printed copies of their Proposal?"

b. Response: No, submit one (1) printed hardcopy of your bid proposal forms.

3. Pre-Bid Conference Bidder Question #3

a. Question: "Are bidders required to submit an electronic flash drive with their Proposal?"

b. Response: No, do not submit an electronic flash drive.

4. Pre-Bid Conference Bidder Question #4

a. Question: "What is to be done with the existing electrical conduit and box located at the scum pit?"

b. Response: Remove and replace junction box and a portion of conduit run as shown in Addendum 1,

revised Sheet 4 and revised Sheet 5.

5. Pre-Bid Conference Bidder Question #5

a. Question: "Will the existing damper on the Odor Control Piping at the scum pit need to be reinstalled?

If so, this will require an additional pipe spool in order to get the attachment flange at the right

elevation."

b. Response: Yes, the existing damper shall be reinstalled. Add a PVC spool pipe as shown in Addendum

1, revised Sheet 5.

6. Pre-Bid Conference Bidder Question #6

a. Question: "The existing pressure gauges [on STP01 discharge and on STP02 discharge] are installed

on isolation rings. Are the new gauges to be installed on isolation rings as well? Do you have P&ID

drawings available of this area [of Digester 3&4]?

b. Response: Yes, install pressure gauges and switches on isolation rings to match the existing

configuration. And, yes, Owner will provide available information regarding existing equipment

during construction.

7. Refer to SHEET 4 - ADD. ALT. #1 SCUM PIT HATCH REPLACEMENT

a. Replace entire drawing with the attached drawing.

b. Revise C - DEMOLITION PLAN as shown on the revised drawing.

c. Add D - I/O CABLE PRESERVATION NOTES as shown on the revised drawing.

8. Refer to SHEET 5 - ADD. ALT. #1 SCUM PIT HATCH REPLACEMENT

a. Replace entire drawing with the attached drawing.

b. Revise B - SCUM PIT HATCH PLAN as shown on the revised drawing.

9. Refer to SHEET 7 - CC MAKE-UP AIR UNIT REPLACEMENT

a. Replace entire drawing with the attached drawing.

b. Revise B - EXISTING ROOF PLAN as shown on the revised drawing.
