One Mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held on March 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Meet at the main office of Shannon Elementary School, located at 685 Marlesta Road, Pinole, CA 94564. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in. Failure to attend the pre-bid conference or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.
