A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled, starting promptly at 8:30 a.m., on Wednesday, May 6. Interested Parties are asked to meet at 1770 21st Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Proposals from companies not represented at the mandatory, pre-proposal meeting will not be accepted.

Boulder County Public Works, Building Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified Abatement and Deconstruction contractors for the demolition of the Copper Door facility located at 1770 21st Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Contractor submissions should include all applicable requirements, per City of Boulder code, to safely remove this building and all its components to a greenfield condition.

Project Name: Abatement and Deconstruction for Copper Door Facility

Project Background:

Boulder County Public Works, Building Services Division, is seeking proposals from qualified

Abatement and Deconstruction contractors for the demolition of the Copper Door facility

located at 1770 21st Street, Boulder, CO 80302. Contractor submissions should include all

applicable requirements, per City of Boulder code, to safely remove this building and all its

components to a greenfield condition.

whole or in part, any terms or provisions of this proposal.

In order to afford the Bidders a reasonable time for taking into account a material amendment

(the materiality of which Boulder County in its own discretion may determine) or for any other

reason, Boulder County may, at its own discretion, extend the Close Date.
