Description: NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) RFQ #25-410-001 “ON-CALL” PROFESSIONAL CIVIL ENGINEERING AND SUPPORT SERVICES Description:               The Town of Agawam is seeking to engage the services of Professional Engineering consulting firms with capabilities in various civil engineering disciplines for an “on call” contract.
