Description: Sealed bids in response to Invitation to Bid No. 25-03, SALLYPORT SLAB REPLACEMENT, will be received by the Purchasing Division (220 South Main Street; Newark, Delaware 19711) until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, and will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Council Chamber shortly thereafter. There will be a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting on May 5, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the City of Newark Police Department located at 220 South Main Street, Newark, DE 19711.  Please meet outside the main entrance.
