REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CDBG Housing Improving Local Livability (CHILL) Program Resource Management/Development Department 1404 Waldo St., Marquette, MI 49855 DUE DATE: Friday, April 18, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time

The County of Marquette, acting in its capacity as the CDBG Grant Administrator, is seeking a Michigan Licensed Contractor and Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP) certified firm with at least one RRP certified renovator for the rehabilitation of a single family residential home located at 1404 Waldo St, Marquette, MI 49855. The proposal should provide a straightforward, complete and concise description of your company’s capabilities to satisfy the requirements of the RFP.
