Scope of Services
The intent of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to create a 1-year contract for the procurement of video production and audio-visual equipment for individual school needs and various capital outlay projects. Delivery of items ordered by individual schools will require delivery to school locations throughout Polk County. Items ordered for capital outlay projects will be delivered to a single warehouse location.
