Project Description: The Sacramento Public Library Authority (SPLA) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced companies to provide waste management services. At the time of the release of this RFP, eligible companies must have an established Headquarters or Main Office located within 30 miles of the Central Library (828 I Street, Sacramento, CA 95814), offering the requested services.
The Library is accepting proposals for a three-year contract with the possibility of three addition one-year renewals at the sole discretion of the Library. The anticipated initial term of the contract is September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2029, with possible extensions through August 31, 2032. These dates are subject to change.
