Project Description

The City of Fresno Airports Department (hereinafter “Airports”) is soliciting proposals to provide Standard and/or Specialty Vending Machine Services that provide products or services for the traveling public at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT) and at Fresno Chandler Executive Airport (FCH). Responses should provide sufficient information to identify which type of vending is included, as well as details described in the Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP forms, Instructions to Proposers, copies of plans and/or specifications may be obtained from the Office of the Purchasing Manager (phone 559 621-1332) via the City’s web site: http://www.fresno.gov, “Business”, “Doing Business”, “Bid Opportunities”. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Planet Bids. Proposals are to be submitted electronically using Planet Bids prior to the opening at 3 p.m. on March 10, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and recorded. Electronic proposals will be received by the office of the Purchasing Manager of the City of

Fresno, all in accordance with the Specifications for:

EXECUTIVE AIRPORT (FCH)

The City of Fresno Airports Department (hereinafter “Airports”) is soliciting proposals to

provide Standard and/or Specialty Vending Machine Services that provide products or

The City of Fresno hereby notifies all Proposers that no person shall be excluded from
