Project Description

OMH & OCFS: Community Mental Health Loan Repayment Program (Round 5)

The FY 2024-25 budget included $4 million annually to support designated OMH and OCFS community programs in the recruitment and retention of license mental health practitioners serving children/youth.

These funds will support a minimum of 200 OMH awards:

• 100 unrestricted
• 50 for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• 50 for OMH Priority Mental Health Settings

These funds will support a minimum of 200 OCFS awards:

• 180 unrestricted
• 20 for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
