REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: INSPECTION SERVICES FOR THE 2025 ROAD PROGRAM PROJECT AND 2025 PARKING LOTS REHABILITATION PROJECT

The Village of Sussex is requesting proposals for Inspection and Survey/Construction Staking Services for two separate construction projects:

• 2025 Road Program/Weaver Drive & Wildflower Parkway Construction Project
• 2025 Parking Lots Rehabilitation Project

Tasks include, but are not limited to, survey/construction staking and inspection services. We are available to meet with you, prior to the proposal deadline, to discuss the project in depth. Proposals are due to the Village Engineer by 2 p.m. Wednesday January 15, 2025. Please submit six copies.

To assist you in the preparation of your proposal, we have included the following:

• Request for Professional Construction Services document which details the project, and its schedule
• Draft Agreement
• 90% Plans and Specifications
