Description: Cowlitz County is requesting sealed bids for  demolition of existing roofing system and installation of new thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane roof system at the Cowlitz County Administration building. A pre-bid meeting will be held Wednesday, April 30th at 9:00 AM local time. While not mandatory, interested bidders are urged to meet at 207 N. 4th Avenue in Kelso, WA.
