Saunders Street, Carthage, North Carolina 28327 until 4:00 pm Thursday, May 28, 2026. Opening will not be public. The intent of the County is to obtain bids for the primary clarifiers trough recoating project for the Moore County Water Pollution Control Plant. Instructions for submitting proposal(s) and complete specifications for the services desired may be obtained at the above address during regular office hours or by the link below.  The County of Moore reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
