Description: The Housing and Community Development Department for the City of Dubuque (hereinafter, “the City”) is soliciting bids from qualified, licensed, and insured entities to provide Radon Level testing, management, control of hazards, and follow up testing, efficiently and effectively on single family homes as outlined in section 4.0 – Scope of Work.  All bids submitted in response to this solicitation must conform to all the requirements and specifications outlined within this document and any designated attachments in their entirety.
