The City is seeking proposals from experience and well-qualified firms or individuals to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies for the collection, clean-up, demolition, removal, and processing and disposal of debris as directed by the City to eliminate immediate threats to life, property, public health and safety in the events of a natural disaster.
