The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Proposals for design phase services. 30 % design development for the Bay Ridge Avenue Bikeway, City of Annapolis, Maryland until 2:00 p.m., local time, Friday, April 10, 2026. Proposals shall be delivered or emailed to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401,

Late submittals shall not be accepted under any circumstances.The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, provide transportation planning and 30% design services for a bikeway along Bay Ridge Avenue and a feasibility study for a neighborhood trail connection which would connect the Bay Ridge Avenue corridor to Tyler Avenue and Hilltop Lane along the former right-of-way of the Bay Ridge– Annapolis Railroad.
