AMENDMENT 0001: Revises the PWS section 1.6.2, 1.15, 1.15.1 and 5.1 (refer to Attachments/Links). Corrects the Offer Due Date in the solicitation to match SAM.gov posting. Corrects the Schedule of Items Offer spreadsheet. Provides Government answers to Vendor questions. Acknowledge Amendment 0001 by signing page 1 of the SF30 (refer to Attachments/Links) and submit with your offer.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 1240BD26Q0008 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for The Contractor shall provide cleaning services for three (3) recreation cabins on the Olympic National Forest. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide custodial services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. .

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 Janitorial Services The small business size standard is $22 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
