Project Description: The City University of New York (CUNY) is seeking qualified law firms with extensive experience in real estate legal services to provide, on an as-needed basis, advice and representation in connection with complex real estate transactions. These services include negotiating and preparing agreements for leasehold condominium transactions, restructuring existing leasehold condominium units, handling dispositions of real property, and providing legal opinions on transaction structures for NYC Department of Finance and New York State bond financing purposes.

2. “Offeror’s Disclosure of Prior Non-Responsibility Determinations and Certification of Compliance with State Finance Law §139-j and §139-k”
