Hall, the Police Station, Public Works offices, Parkridge Community Center, and the
Freighthouse, for a term of no less than three years. The required services and

omissions. It is anticipated the selection of a firm will be completed by Tuesday July 21,
2026. An Agreement for services will be required with the selected Contractor. Contract
services will commence upon execution of the service agreement by the City, anticipated
