Description: The City of Ypsilanti (“City” or “Owner”) is issuing this Request for Proposal from qualified firms to provide Janitorial Services for up to five city facilities, including City Hall, the Police Station, Public Works offices, Parkridge Community Center, and the Ypsilanti Freighthouse. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, 10:00 AM at Ypsilanti City Hall, located at 1 S. Huron St. Ypsilanti, MI. 48197. Bids are to be submitted no later than 10:15 AM (EST), Tuesday, June 30, 2026 to the Office of the City Clerk at 1 S. Huron St. Ypsilanti, MI. 48197.
