Acequia Ave, Visalia,CA 93291, until 2:00 p.m. PT on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 for the supply and implementation of a venue andevent management system for the Visalia Convention Center.The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the purchase of a commercial event booking,revenue management, event reporting, customer relation management, event management, real time inventorycontrol management, task management, exhibitor management, payment schedule, contracting, website calendarand invoicing system to replace the current system. The proposed system should be cloud-based software as aservice (Saas). While a fully integrated application is preferred, multiple applications that work seamlessly togethercould also be considered as a solution for Visalia's needs.An informational virtual conference will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. PT via TEAMS.
