Project Description: Sealed proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 7, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation for proposals Car Rental Concessions. The City is seeking proposals from proposers who are deemed responsive and responsible offering the highest Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG). A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting will be held on-site at Waco Regional Airport on April 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
