ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at 611 Wilson Ave. #1,

Pocatello, Idaho until 10:00 a.m. local time, on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 for DPW Project 24233 RE-BID

2 Maclntosh Manor Fire Lane Retaining Walls Repairs, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.

A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: removal of the deteriorated asphalt

paths throughout the site and replace with new concrete sidewalks. Removal of a portion of the existing

poorly drained fire lane and replace with new paving, curb and gutter, and drain system. Regrade and

install terraced retaining walls Between Buildings D and E. Project also includes new storm drains, and

replacement of existing concrete stairs and railings. Regrade and install a terraced retaining wall system

behind the Laundry/Maintenance Building

Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $50.00 or Bidding

A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
