Category: Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO) Status: Open Description: The Quinault Division of Natural Resources is seeking bids from individuals or companies to prepare breakfast and lunches from Monday, July 13th through Thursday, July 16th, 2026, for tribal youth participants in a grant-funded summer Wildlife Youth Education Program. There will be 24 tribal youth from 6 tribes around the peninsula, plus 15 staff/chaperones, for a total of 39 participants.

Request for BidsProject Description: Youth Event Breakfasts/LunchesThe Quinault Division of Natural Resources is seeking bids from individuals or companies to prepare breakfast and lunches fromMonday, July 13th through Thursday, July 16th, 2026, for tribal youth participants in a grant-funded summer Wildlife YouthEducation Program. There will be 24 tribal youth from 6 tribes around the peninsula, plus 15 staff/chaperones, for a total of 39participants.Participants will be camping at Haynisisoos Point for a 4-day outdoor and wilderness school. We will need prepared breakfastand lunches for the four days for participating youth, staff, and chaperones. The breakfast and lunches consist of the following:1. Packed lunches for four (4) days (Monday through Thursday); and2. Breakfasts for three (3) days (Tuesday through Thursday morning).The breakfast and lunch menus are of your choosing, but we are requesting cold breakfasts (i.e., minimal preparation needed bystaff or youth) and packed lunches (need to be able to pack lunches in coolers in trucks or in backpacks and head into thewoods).A check can be provided in advance for the purchase of food and supplies from the vendor of your choice, or a purchase orderto Swanson’s can be provided.Additionally, bidders will need to provide breakfast and lunch options for youth with dietary restrictions. We will inform you ofany dietary restrictions at a later date, once individual participants are confirmed, and before food and supplies are purchased.Winning bidder will be responsible for purchasing supplies and food. Supplies include paper plates, paper cups, utensils, andpaper towels/napkins. Water jugs will be provided by QIN Wildlife staff.Scope of work• Monday, July 13th:- Provide 39 pack lunches for delivery to Haynisisoos Point at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday morning.• Tuesday, July 14th:- Provide cold breakfast items for 39 people at Haynisisoos Point. Drop-off food items at Haynisisoos Point by 7:30a.m.- Provide 39 pack lunches. Lunches will need to be dropped off at breakfast time.• Wednesday, July 15th:- Provide cold breakfast items for 37 people at Haynisisoos Point. Drop-off food items at Haynisisoos Point by 7:30am.- Provide 37 pack lunches. Lunches will need to be dropped off at breakfast time.• Thursday, July 16th:- Provide cold breakfast items for 39 people at Haynisisoos Point. Drop-off food items at Haynisisoos Point by 7:30am.- Provide 39 pack lunches.
