Notes	The City of Warner Robins is seeking proposals from licensed General Contractors to coordinate all construction operations needed to successfully complete renovation and construction at the Haven Hope House Homeless Shelter.  Please refer to Attachment #1 (RFP GA-4617 General Contractor Services for Haven Hope House Homeless Shelter) for complete bid specifications and scope of work. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM (ET) at the Haven Hope House Homeless Shelter located at 79 Green Street, Warner Robins, Georgia 31093. To remain eligible for bid award, at least one representative from the respective contractor must be in attendance promptly at the start of the meeting and remain present for the duration of the meeting. All proposals and required documents must be submitted via the City’s online procurement system, IonWave, by the designated date and time of Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Thursday, October 24, 2024 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, value, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
