RFB #25-023 - CITY POINT HIKE & BIKE CONSTRUCTION The City of North Richland Hills is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the City Point Hike & Bike Construction Project. This project involves constructing approximately 1,425 linear feet of a 10-foot-wide, 5-inch-thick, 3,500-psi concrete hike/bike trail within an Oncor transmission corridor adjacent to the City Point Development.
