Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS Carteret County Government is seeking competitive proposals to replace and install new equipment to the existing HVAC system serving Superior Courtroom 1 on the second floor of the Courthouse located at 302 Courthouse Square, Beaufort, NC 28516.  Bids will be received until September 22, 2026, at 9:00 am to Mr. Ray Farnum. A pre-bid meeting will be held on September 10 at 8:00 am at the address above. Pre-bid meeting is not mandatory but strongly encouraged as additional site visits may not be offered.
