Pursuant to Section 3-05 of the NYC Procurement Policy Board Rules, New York City Department of Design and Construction (“DDC”) intends to enter into sole-source negotiations with The Gordian Group Inc with the expectation that The Gordian Group Inc will be awarded a two year contract with the DDC to provide Complete Plus Subscription and support services.  Any vendor besides The Gordian Group Inc that believes it can provide Complete Plus Subscription and support services tailored to meet DDC's needs is invited to do so. To respond in PASSPort, please upload an Expression of Interest in the Documents Submission Section of the Manager Responses tab. If you have any questions about the details of the RFx, please submit them through the Discussion with Buyer tab.
