Description: Base Bid – The removal of the existing four bleacher seating units and the installation of new ADA accessible, metal bleacher systems. Existing paved walkways will be reconstructed with new ADA compliant asphalt sidewalk. New ADA parking associated with Field 3. Principal items of work in the project include: 220 S.Y. Hot Mix Asphalt Sidewalk, 7” Thick 1 UNIT 3-Row ADA Accessible Bleacher (23’ x 12’) with Concrete Pad 3 UNIT 5-Row ADA Accessible Bleacher (23’ x 17’) with Concrete Pad L.S. ADA Parking Spaces, Signing and Striping The work contemplated under this Contract shall be completed within 30 days.
