General Information:

Public Works Solid Waste and Recycling Division is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to develop a web and mobile waste and recycling search tool.

Release Date: Wednesday, February 11, 2026
Closing Date: Wednesday, March 11, 2026

Pre-Bid Conference:

A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 from 10:00 – 10:50am Pacific Time via Microsoft Teams. Proposers shall email the Project Manager, Bethanie Velasco no later than February 19, 2026, at Solidwaste@clark.wa.gov to request a meeting invite.
