All attachments should be filled out and sent to the Lease Contracting Officer with your lease proposal.

Responses to this Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) are due at 5 PM EST on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and should be submitted through GSA's RSAP platform or emailed to the Lease Contracting Officer, Brandon Hruska, at brandon.hruska@gsa.gov
