RFP - Redevelopment and Adaptive Reuse of the Kramer Building

The Town of Windham, Connecticut is seeking proposals from qualified development teams, institutions, public-private partnerships, nonprofit organizations, and private entities for the redevelopment of the former Kramer Building located at 322 Prospect Street in Willimantic, Connecticut. An optional site walk is anticipated for May 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Questions regarding the RFP are due by May 27, 2026 at 4:00 PM EST, and responses to questions are anticipated to be issued on May 29, 2026. Proposal submissions are due electronically in PDF format no later than June 4, 2026 at 2:00 PM EST. The Town may conduct interviews during the week of June 15, 2026, and anticipates making a selection recommendation during the summer of 2026.
