Dear Ramia,
Please find the outline below detailing the Design Team’s response to Plan Review Comments provided by city review staff. Any
necessary drawing or document changes have been described along with their corresponding response.
Engineering – Michael Viloria
- C6 – Taps, sleeves, and gate valves need to be whole numbers i.e. either 2” or 3”.
o Civil Response: Sheet C6 has been revised to comply. Refer to Addendum 03 Drawings.
- C6 – All sewer lines 6” or larger need a manhole.
o Civil Response: Our 8” sewer main has manholes, the rest are 4” services and no change is required.
- Overall Comments: Call City Engineering Department (214) 620-6001 48 hours prior to starting work. Install all erosion
control Per City Code. It is unlawful to build structures or fences in the floodplain outside of City Code requirements.
Contact the City of Greenville for water, sewer, and storm sewer locates. For water and sewer and 903.457.3153 for
storm sewer to verify that there are no water, sewer or storm lines within the property prior to construction. Grade to
drain to street. Do not drain onto adjacent properties. No buildings can be within the building setback lines.
o Civil Response: Understood
Fire – Todd Morgan
- Sprinkler and Alarm plans will need to be submitted to Fire for separate permit after 3rd party review.
o GHC Response: Understood. Will comply.
GEUS – Michael McCloud
- An application for Distributed Generation or Backup Power Source with GEUS is required to approve this permit. Please
fill out the application found at: https://www.geus.org/184/Renewable-Energy

This Addendum is hereby made a part of the Permit Drawings dated 5 December 2024.
The following items shall be considered part of the contract documents. Changes made by
Addendum shall take precedence over Original Documents. Any changes, which may affect
construction or proper installation of materials, equipment, or fixtures, not specifically mentioned
in this Addendum, shall be brought to the attention of the Architect as soon as possible. The
Prime Contractor is hereby advised to call attention of all subcontractors to changes, which may
affect their work.
