Description: View Bid NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne is seeking interested and qualified parties to submit qualification and Bids of hourly rates for commercial mechanical services; including heating, ventilation and cooling (HVAC) and plumbing repairs and service. This Bid is for an On-Demand Agreement with two or three contractors to provide “as needed” mechanical services. Such bids may be submitted by mail or delivered in a sealed envelope clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:10 PM prevailing time on Friday November 22nd, 2024. Any contractor submitting a proposal based on incomplete or inaccurate information resulting from documentation received from any third party, shall not have cause for relief from award or completion of a contract in accordance with the official documents on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
