Notice To Bidders

The Town of Colonie (“Town”) invites bids for the following:

RFB 2025 Meeting Room Refresh at Town Hall JB270

Sealed bids will be received at the Office of Purchasing, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY 12110 until January 14,

2026 10:00 AM local time. At that time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

All bidders shall comply with the N.Y. Gen. Mun. Law §103.

Beginning on December 3, 2025, the solicitation documents for this matter will be on file and publicly exhibited at the

Office of Purchasing, 534 New Loudon Road, Memorial Town Hall, Latham, NY 12110. Copies of said documents

may be obtained at that address. Complete bid documents may also be available for download from the Empire

State Purchasing Group’s web site at http://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york.

At the execution of the anticipated contract, the Successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and labor

and materials bond, and a payment bond each in an amount equal to the full amount of the Contract Sum.

The Town of Colonie requires that, in instances where the project award exceeds $750,000, each Successful Bidder

has an apprenticeship program in place. Details are available in the solicitation document.

The prevailing wage rate, (“PRC”) for this project is 2025012741.

The Town of Colonie reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all bids submitted.

Please Note: The Town will host a meeting on December 17, 2025 9:00 AM local time at The Memorial Town Hall at

534 New Loudon Road, Latham, NY 12110. Attendance at this meeting is strongly recommended and will allow

potential bidders to pose questions and make investigations about the project.
