Notes	The City of Warner Robins invites the submission of bids for the purchase of Soccer Uniforms.  Bids must include any costs associated with the purchase and delivery of items.  The successful bidder must ensure that all uniforms are delivered to the City of Warner Robins by Monday, April 28, 2025. Product specifications are included in the Line Item portion of this bid.  Please note that the quantities listed are based on previous participation and are subject to change. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit your bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Friday, March 21, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET). All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 2:00 PM (ET). The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, value, availability, and other factors considered.  The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid and to waive formalities.
