Description: The Town of Amherst invites sealed bids for the demolition and removal of the former Hickory Ridge Golf Course clubhouse, 191 West Pomeroy Lane, Amherst, MA 01002. T he Specifications and Invitation for Bids may be obtained online at www.amherstma.gov/bids . A mandatory project walk-thru is planned for November 20, 2024 at 10:00 am at the former Hickory Ridge Golf Course clubhouse facility – 191 West Pomeroy Lane, Amherst, MA.  All bidders are required to attend. Bids shall be submitted no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 05, 2024, to the Town of Amherst’s Accountant’s Office where the bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities, when at its sole discretion is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town and to the extent permitted by law.
