Description:	PROJECT TITLE:  DGS-2026 SWSS – PGC Statewide Surveyor Services BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is seeking qualified firms to provide Professional Land Surveying Services on an as-needed basis across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Game Commission owns and manages more than 1.5 million acres of state game lands throughout the Commonwealth. The selected consultant will support and supplement the work of PGC Survey Staff in the performance of land surveying duties for new acquisitions and for retracement of existing boundaries. The consultant will function as an extension of PGC’s internal team, working collaboratively to fulfill surveying needs as they arise. For each project where PGC determines that surveyor services are desirable, PGC may issue a request for quote (RFQ) from qualified firms.  This third request for applications will be followed by additional periodic requests closing one year from the initial request made on 1/8/26. PLEASE NOTE:  THIS RFA IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY PREVIOUS PGC PROJECTS/CONTRACTS.  All firms interested in performing surveyor services for PGC will need to apply to this RFA. PROJECT DOCUMENTS can be viewed in and downloaded from the project’s Trimble Unity Construct (previously known as e-Builder) solicitation file. All Applicants are required to create a user profile within Trimble to view/download Project Documents. Trimble Unity Construct Professional Selections Link APPLICATIONS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH A TRIMBLE UNITY CONSTRUCT BIDDING PORTAL.  A video tutorial is available on the Trimble site for first time users to learn how to navigate Trimble.  Technical support is also available via email at support@e-builder.net or by phone at 1-888-288-5717.  Due to technical limitations, Professional Selections for Surveying Services projects must be viewed using a Windows PC. At this time, mobile devices are not supported. All applicants must have a Current, Active Vendor/SAP Number.
