Pre-Bid Conference: A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. at the Wabash Community Center parking lot at 1230 Southern Avenue, Lakeland, FL, 33815. A MANDATORY site visit will immediately follow. An authorized representative or agent of the Bidder must be present at the meeting and site visit as evidenced by their signature on the meeting’s sign-in sheet, or the Bidder’s bid will be considered non-responsive.
