Summary This r equest is for 150 desk arms for computer monitors, This piece of equipment is mounted on a desk that allows computer monitors to raise higher than traditional stands. Specific Brand:  HumanScale Single Monitor Arm M2 Pro-Silver Gray Trim - Qty 100 Dual Monitor Arm M2 Pro-Silver Gray Trim - Qty 50 This equipment is installed by movers when requested by employees or ADA office. No installation is required by the awarded vendor. *Read documents and directions thoroughly* **Bidders should include a price for delivery in their quote. **Delivery is to be made to BWC warehouse space, located at 4200 Surface Rd, Columbus, OH 43228. **Awarded vendor must notify BWC Facilities in advance of delivery for access. **Selected bidder will be required to coordinate delivery with BWC Facilities for scheduling and logistics. ** See the attached project details, location information section for the breakdown. Project details, location information section for the breakdown is in attached document Please review ALL the attached documents more specifically: Your bid sheet responses MUST be submitted within OhioBuys.  The bid sheet is attached to this solicitation.  Attached bid sheet must be filled out in its entirety with all amounts.  N/A or TBD will not be accepted  Identify contract number/index number if applicable.
